Nila Residences is a reimagining of urban Manila living: an ambitious townhome community that blends traditional Filipino heritage with innovative architecture.

In a saturated real estate market filled with generic luxury developments, Nila needed to stand out. The goal was to create a brand system that not only reflected architectural excellence, but also conveyed a deeper sense of heritage, tranquility, and modern Filipino living. The challenge was to balance innovation with familiarity, ensuring the brand felt aspirational yet still very grounded in the the inherent culture and history of the project’s area.
Scope of Work
Branding - Conceptualized the visual identity of Nila based on capiz windows, and expanded to key visual assets

Web Design - Designed and developed a website highlighting Nila’s features to potential homeowners

Built immersive features into the website, including an interactive map, responsive image swipers, and a by-level display of the residences.

We built a visual identity rooted in the iconic capiz window, a cultural symbol, that also serves as inspiration for Nila’s architectural facade. The logo, color palette, and typography evoke warmth, stability, and modern elegance.
Through imagery direction, patterns, and applications across digital, print, and merchandise, the brand creates a consistent, elevated experience that connects future homeowners to a legacy of design and community.
